What are Access Bars?
The Access Bars is a gentle therapy that touches 32 points on the head to relax your mind and release all your fixed views and limiting beliefs that control your life and prevent you from living with ease and joy. The bars provide the feeling of well-being and relaxation that a good massage would give you, but they create much more for you and open up much more space.

Dr. Jeffery L Fannin, conducted neuroscientific studies to investigate brain activity before and after a bar session by means of an electroencephalogram. And he verified through his study how the areas of brain hyperactivity relax again after the bar session, thus showing the effectiveness of the technique in a scientific way. Anyone can learn bars, even children. Likewise, anyone can receive a bar session.

During the class you will receive a manual full of tools, the graphs of the positions of the bars. You will receive 2 times a session of bars and you will give 2 times a session of bars.
